Weekly Primal Plan 12/22/25: Selfless Seeking

Week 52

Left Coast Caveman Weekly Primal Plan

Week of Dec 22 – Dec 28, 2025

THE LCC MISSION THIS WEEK

Gratitude is one of the most spoken virtues—and one of the least embodied. It is easy to say “thank you.” It is far more difficult to live in a way that demonstrates it, especially when recognition is absent, appreciation is unspoken, and effort feels invisible.

This week is about reorientation. A deliberate turning outward. Away from self. Toward service.

We are wired by modern culture to think of ourselves first—our comfort, our validation, our outcomes. Apex living requires the opposite. To become an impact to your family, your friends, and your community, you must cultivate a spirit of selflessness.

This is not weakness. This is strength under control. This is one of the hardest internal barriers to dismantle.

Remember: you will accomplish more in three weeks by focusing on the needs of others than you will in three years focusing solely on your own.

Selflessness is the kingdom of God. Seek first the kingdom of God, and all these things—your needs, your desires, your provision—will be added unto you.

Apex is not for the weak. This is where real internal work begins.

THIS WEEK’S FITNESS FOCUS

Strength & Functional Movement continues. Each session prioritizes foundational strength, controlled tempo, and finishes with mobility + core supersets. Daily movement remains non-negotiable.

  • Daily GUAM Walk (20–30 minutes)
  • Daily Step Target: 10,000 steps
  • Strength-first training with intelligent accessory work

THIS WEEK’S NUTRITION FOCUS

We continue a 3-day fasting protocol using juices, broth, and protein smoothies to maintain protein macros while reducing digestive load.

This is Christmas week. Discipline does not mean deprivation. Christmas Day and the following day are for presence, family, and enjoyment. Eat intentionally. Let go without guilt.

THIS WEEK’S MENTALITY FOCUS

Gratitude as a state of being—not a phrase. Gratitude demonstrated through patience, restraint, service, and presence.

This week we train the mind to move toward service even when appreciation is absent. Especially when it is absent.
