Left Coast Caveman’s Primal Primers program utilizes three key modalities—Fitness, Mentality, & Nutrition in regaining primitive strength and vigor in efforts of continuing prehistoric ways of surviving and thriving.
Fitness – Holistic strength through functional workouts engaging the entire sapien. Aiming to enhance the body’s natural movement capabilities, improving strength and performance beyond traditional exercise.
