GUAM (Get Up and Move)
G.U.A.M. (Get Up and Move) is a simple yet powerful reminder to keep your body in motion throughout the day. Movement improves digestion, boosts caloric burn, and enhances strength without requiring long workouts. Incorporate short, frequent activity bursts—whether a walk, pushups, or stretches—especially in the morning, after meals, during stressful moments, and at least every two hours. Prioritize form over volume, embrace a “Grease the Groove” approach for strength, and make movement an automatic habit. Small, consistent actions compound over time, keeping you strong, mobile, and ready for anything. Every two hours, get up and move!
Avoid Artificial Ingredients
For most of human history, sapiens thrived on natural, nutrient-dense foods. Today, however, the modern diet is dominated by processed and artificial ingredients—about 70% —which negatively impacts brain function, gut microbiome, and overall health. Artificial ingredients are engineered for profit and addiction, not health. Marketing and psychology manipulate consumer choices. Research on food safety is often biased or funded by industries with conflicts of interest. Long-term studies on artificial ingredients are impossible due to their recent introduction.
Check labels and skip anything hard to pronounce. Source real food from gardens, farmers markets, or certified organic sources. Stick to nature’s original fuel—your body processes it best. Eliminate chemical-laden foods to reduce inflammation and disease risks.
You are what you eat – don’t be artificial.

Content Consumption
Modern screens distract from Life Unifying Purpose (L.U.P.), overstimulating the mind while dulling creativity. Algorithm-driven content turns sapiens into passive consumers, detaching from real-life connections.
Counter this with mindful screen use—track time, create more than you consume, and avoid screens in the morning and before bed. Instead, reconnect with nature, gaze at horizons or stars, and reset rhythms. Use screens as tools for creation, not mindless consumption. Screen fasts help reclaim focus and purpose.

Keep it Cave (Challenge)

GUAM (Get up and Move) :
Every hour you’re awake today, drop into a deep squat for 1 full minute OR perform 10 primal moves (e.g., crawling, lunges, ground get-ups, or hanging).
Why: Break the modern sitting curse. You’re a homo sapien, not a chair monkey. Movement isn’t optional — it’s encoded in your biology.
Bonus Cave Coin: Upload a video of your favorite primal movement in the wild (grass, dirt, sand, etc.). Post to the forum below.
Artificial Avoidance:
For one full day, eliminate ALL artificial interference:
No screens
No processed food
No artificial lighting
No plastic utensils
Eat outdoors or by natural light. Eat slow. Chew with presence.
Why: Reconnect your senses. Fake food + fake light + fake connection = fake energy.
Bonus Cave Coin: Snap a pic of your real food meal in real light. Document how you felt at the end of this challenge in the forum below.
Content Consumption:
Before touching any screen today, take 3 deep nasal breaths, set a clear intention (what are you doing and why), and set a 20-minute timer.
When the timer’s up, close the screen. Reassess: Do you still need it, or was that just digital dopamine?
Why: You don’t scroll. You control. Eyes up, intention on.
Bonus Cave Coin: Share a journal entry or voice note about what you did instead of screen time.
