Knowledge Sharing – Fidelity in communication is essential for transmitting accurate knowledge, improving survival craft, medicinal practice, environmental knowledge, and in-group cohesion. Accurate information sharing is also crucial for innovation. Societies emphasizing truthfulness are better at building upon existing knowledge; leading to advancements in tools, agriculture, and social structure.
Effective Decision Making – Sharing truths of learned environmental dangers, such as predators, poisonous plants, or hostile tribes, is vital for survival of the self and group. Misinformation and deception unequivocally leads to fatal consequence.
