  • Combat & Defense – Physical conditioning from natural calisthenic activity would have helped in. depending against predators an rival groups.

Make the world your gym and use your body as primary tool. Calisthenics are “gymnastic ” type movements that are defined as using body weight in graceful cadence. Being able to move your body and in controlled real world movement patterns is perhaps the first strengthening technology. Considering the relative safety and practical applications, calisthenics are ranked supreme as always being available, low impact, and requiring little form training.

~Cave Implementation~

Supercharge these sessions with sunlight and a light or heavy sweat impromptu style. I.E timed hangs or pull ups on a low tree branch, squat jumps on a park bench, variants of crawling, or press out pushups on grass and ground.
